GERMAN INVESTOR CAUGHT IN WEB OF FRAUDSTERS IN KENYA
and don´t get help and justice:
The “Title-Deeds” of the German investor were accepted
as the “Originals” by the registrar of the ministry of lands in November 2013!

More than 4 years ago, in August 2013, a German
investor indicated at the police in Kisumu about the planed fraud of his
properties.
He indicated at the police and the investigation officer for the theft of his
belongings, furniture, clothes, whole office and stock of his company. Even if
only 4 people has come into consideration, till today the police don´t have any
results. Too, in 2013 all reports of the
police got lost.
In July 2015 the office of the Director of the Directorate of Criminal
Investigations in Nairobi has given directions that the matter should be
dealt conclusively within two
weeks. “It is regretted that
Kisumu police have not been helpful as per expectations.”

Certified documents of the
Title-Deeds has been handed
over to the police in Kisumu in May 2016!
By request of Mr. Munga, the
personal assistant of the director of CID (Directorate of Criminal
Investigations) in Nairobi, Rudolf Marquardt has to hand over the copies from
the “Original Title-Deeds”, certified by a notary of public, to the
investigation officer Shibeka at the police in Kisumu, in presence of the new CID commander of Kisumu, Mr Gachomo, and other witnesses.
The investigation officer Mr. Shibeka accepted to hand
over these certified Title-Deeds to the High-Court, because the certification and
presentation of the “Original Title-Deeds” has been done enough, so Mr. Munga.
Reason:
End of September 2013 the registrar of the ministry of
lands, Mr. George Gachihi, has not accepted the certified copies of the “Original
Title-Deeds” from a German notary.
He ordered Rudolf Marquardt in September 2013, to
bring him the “Original Title-Deeds” from Germany and to present them to him in
November 2013. Rudolf Marquardt followed his request. Mr. G.G.Gachihi
has copied the “Original Title-Deeds” for himself and also for the ministry of
lands, before he returned them.
