A theft report at the police in Kenya / Kisumu from a German investor will not be followed up or need years!

 

2013.08/09.             1st. reporting at the police headquarters in Kisumu about the fraud doings about my properties! I send Stefan Delno, the German owner of the restaurant “Green-Garden” in Kisumu with a  

                          power of attorney to the police.
The DCIO, Mr. Henry Ndombi worked at this case and refused to help him or me!

2013.09.30               2nd. reporting from Victor at the police headquarter in Kisumu about the fraud doings from that lawyer and his girl-friend. We send Victor from Nairobi with the certified copies of the “Title-Deeds” and an authorization to indicate in our name about:
- Theft, altering/making faked documents, usurpation and other criminal doings.
Two officers, Simba Charo and Njeru, CID Kisumu and the DCIO of the police in Kisumu, Mr. Henry Ndombi worked at this case.
The reporting has got lost!

 

2013.10.03               3rd.  reporting from Victor at the police headquarter in Kisumu about the fraud doings from that lawyer and his girl-friend. Victor is still around and to find out what is going on. He reported about the theft and selling of my animals and cows in Riat. The police arrested Vallery when she sold it, but by order of the DCIO they must let her go. My animals are sold, the money is taken by the police or Vallery?

2013.10.05               4th.  reporting at the police headquarter in Kisumu about the fraud doings from 2 lawyers. Victor is still around and to find out what is going on. Again he try to report and indicate at the police in Kisumu in our name about:
Theft, altering/making faked documents, usurpation and other criminal doings.

2013.10.08               5th  . reporting at the police headquarter in Kisumu about the fraud doings from 2 lawyers. Victor is still around and to find out what is going on. Again he try to report and indicate at the police in Kisumu in our name and to prevent the illegal transfer and selling of my belongings in the house to the officers Simba Charo and Njeru, CID Kisumu
At this day all my belongings has been in my house!
The reporting has got lost!

 

2013.October         When Victor has done the indications at the police, he visited several times my properties and house in my order. The whole household was still complete.
When we visited the registrar of lands in Kisumu end of November 2013, we also visited my property and house.
Everything was stolen!

2013.11.29

                         The officers Simba Charo and Njeru, CID Kisumu escorted us and recorded the theft! Before they also recorded and reported the threats that everything of my belongings should be sold. They have been also informed about the faked “Title-Deeds”.

                    The list of my stolen belongings. Till today no investigation results from the police in Kisumu

                           The investigation officer has never asked his colleagues or collected their reports!

 

                           Everything what happened and all indications at the police in Kisumu before November 2013 seems to be an internal secret of the police!

 

2014.09.                   The Directorate of Criminal Investigations( CID)-in Nairobi took up the case and requested a complete report from the police in Kisumu why the ads where not observed and why the criminal activities of the displayed have not been reviewed.

2015.07.22               The Director of CID-Headquarters in Nairobi regretted that Kisumu police have not been helpful and promised quick help.

                          Till today (October 2016) the efforts of the CID (Directorate of Criminal Investigations in Nairobi) has been unsuccessful.
All indications and evidence from 2013 is still under lock and key

2015.08.10               The CID-Headquarters in Nairobi:
“Hi Rudi,
It's true that two weeks are over but the police in Kisumu have been in touch with me even today saying they need more additional time. Just a little more.”

2016.06.16               Rudolf Marquardt reported at Internal Affairs Unit in Nairobi.
Mr. Leo Nyogesa, Director of Internal Affairs Unit in Nairobi, promised quick help.

2016.07.04               Internal Affairs Unit in Nairobi.
“Thanks Rudi, I understand your position and the difficulties you are undergoing, however we in the Unit shall ensure justice is done to you.”

2016.07.05               Directorate of Criminal Investigations in Nairobi.
“Dear Mr Gachomo,
The complaint, Mr Rudi, whose case is under your command has a problem with the current hearing date of 13th July 2016.
Kindly organise for an adjournment and have a new date assigned and communicated to him.”

2016.09.02               Internal Affairs Unit in Nairobi.
“I'm happy you are out of danger. We will call for the file from the CID for our independent review and further action. Please have faith in our criminal justice system”

 

2017.                         Till today the efforts of the CID (Directorate of Criminal Investigations in Nairobi) and Internal Affairs Unit has been unsuccessful and also no more investigation results from the police in Kisumu.
